People notice when you pay attention to detail. Something small that I just thought about doing that can make a good impression is to email your project teams vCards, Digital Business Cards, to everyone when you start the project. I wish everyone did that for me instead of me having to enter each persons information into my outlook.
Outlook even allows you to include a photo in your v-card. I think it's a good idea to include a professional photo.
In the future I think I'll request that everyone send me theirs in return, to make my job easier and more organized.
